Additionnal requirements & notes :
* You'll also have to get a headset+microphone if you don't have any yet, as we always use Teamspeak during official matches and often when we play together. We expect you to join the server as often as possible (link on the left side of the website).
* Another expectation is your presence on IRC. If ever you don't know what IRC is, you can check that short tutorial. A link to download a client is included in the tutorial. Of course you can also ask us for some help if you need some. When you have it, join our channels #sharpclan and #sharpbot2on the QuakeNet network and idle & perform there whenever you're online.
* Finally, as a last point, we expect you to be active on the forum. Checking it daily is really important, as we use it as the main way to communicate with all the clan members or the community, even if sometimes, not much happens.
For any questions, all the SHARP members will do their best to answer you.
Here is how things will go :
* Once you have completly filled your form, post it here and we will set a rendez-vous on teamspeak with at least 3 SHARP members and you, to see how things go in game and on TS. It will be set between 4 and 10 days after we have accepted your application, whenever we all have time to meet.
* When it is over, we will take a maximum of 1 week to decide for a trial membership or not.
* If no SHARP member is against you to become a trial member, then a 4-weeks (maximum) period will start with you as trial member. During that time, we will decide if you can become a full member or not.
Of course, if we have the answer before the 4 weeks period, you will be informed.
* 01 * Friendliness. * 02 * No multiclanning or clan whoring. * 03 * Avoid nicklaming. * 04 * If you are caught while cheating or camping (in the hardcore way) you will be expelled or refused. * 05 * Fair behaviour and respecting the servers' and forums' rules. * 06 * We're not a professional clan, we're just friends having fun together so don't expect much activity in this regard. * 07 * Skill isnt the most important thing though if the applicant cant play with his clanmates he will have to improve before joining the team. Its not a problem since improvements come fast with help. * 08 * Most of us are 18-25, at least equal maturity is required. * 09 * We're hosting a server, so a participation will be asked as long as you can help us. * 10 * Knowing you as well as possible will only help the application to be faster, so don't hesitate to join us in game, in the forum's dicussions, ... * 11 * Bringing candy and cookies for the rest of the SHARPs... If teh cookies arent good, then the little the chance is to join..
